This was my first experience with the Goldwell Kera Silk Keratin treatment and with Ella. I wanted to have this treatment to eliminate frizz. The treatment did not work as advertised on her website and after a few washes I noticed my hair was frizzing and becoming unmanageable. Ella was very slow to get back to me when I complained and did not ask for a photo or request for me to return to the salon so she could see the hair.
