Good experience all doctors nd staff is very nice
Honestly! Guys, please have your phone system open at all times. I get it it's not a hospital and 911 could be called but I cannot call 911 for an appointment with my doctor. 3 Days I been trying to get a hold of this clinic and it's crazy it sends you straight to an automated system that says they can't be reached & just hang up. I suggest anyone trying to get a hold be prepared to try a month in advance, if this is the case. Maybe, two, smh!
The reason I wrote it a one star is because I was waiting for my appointment which was supposed to be at 12:15pm but I get to come I had to come in until 1:10 and also the laboratory technician or staff is very angry and she was speaking to me and made no eye contact. Isn’t this wrong? Please let me have your opinion.
I have been trying to contact the office from last TWO HOURS!!!!!! But phone gets disconnected saying user busy!!!! What kind of doctors office has only one line with no call waiting???
