Terrible customer service lady at the from counter so rude and unprofessional
The lady who work in dr. phandi office is completely disrespectful she’s has a nasty attitude she has no manner of talking she started fighting me and my sister and threatened to not take my dad into see the doctor when he was in visible pain and seek of attention to seeing a doctor she has no skill of a receptionist everyone in the waiting room had the exact same thing to say about her I’m sure by now he can put a real receptionist in the front instead of having his wife ruin peoples days not 1 but many ppl have an issue wh... read more
The clinic located at the front of this building have doctors who are unprepared or unwilling to address situations when the actions of a fellow doctor are called into question. I visited the head doctor the day after an appointment with one of the female doctors to raise a concern. The interaction with her felt condescending and dismissive rather than supportive or collaborative.
