Not sure what happened. I moved to Dalhousie a couple years ago and Matt was absolutely amazing. Now doesn't answer, doesn't show up, and doesn't respond. I used to forward folks to this guy as the absolute 'go to' after he did an amazing job on my panel, but for whatever reason he's lost his mojo. I just completely broke so many plans for a day he was supposed to show up and he didn't answer calls or anything. Sad, and disappointing, but it is what it is. Moving on, I guess.
I’ve been trying to book a service call for 4 months. Everytime says they will show up at a certain day and time, but never shows up, with no call to reschedule or apologize.
Super friendly and very knowledgeable!! They went above and beyond to provide the BEST service!!! Price was more than fair and reasonable. Can't say enough good things about this business!!!
