Deserves less than a 20% rating. This place is cheap for a reason. Horrible building upkeep and unhelpful maintenance staff. More concerned about whether your rent is on time than the quality of the apartment you’re paying for. Staff will call immediately if rent is late but it takes weeks to get a maintenance repair. Critters and bugs constantly causing damage and coming into home. 10% approval rating, only good for location.
I'm a resident of Malta Point Apartments, and this is the worst place I've ever lived in my life. The office ignores all your requests, all your maintenance issues. Nobody calls you back. They don't fix anything in here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Glorified slum lords!!!!
the people going into vacant units to clear them out broke a bunch of glass and left it there with a bunch of trash. theres small pieces of trash (and glass) all over my unit. its been weeks and nobody’s come to clean it up. what if someone has a dog? or a young child? lawsuit waiting to happen over 20 minutes of cleanup they probably aren’t gonna do. they salt once before snow storms and that’s it. the sidewalks leading to units were coated in ice for weeks until a random tenant put ice melt on it. myself along with neighbo... read more
