Promptly arrived and were so efficient, knowledgeable and had me feeling safe within minutes of starting treatment. Being a nurse I felt confident seeing both of the gentlemen working on me knew exactly what to do. They had good team work and kept me and family informed of everything that was happening. Thankful for such a great experience and outcome.

Served as a volunteer member for over ten year's before moving South also a member of Round Lake Fire Department for fifteen year's.

My mother took a bad fall the other day and I knew immediately she fx. her hip we called 911 and the crew arrived quickly. The attendents who came were very caring and made sure to move my mother with as little discomfort as possible and made her feel at ease. Just want to give them both a Heartful thanks and job well done.
