Not too pleased... This dentist office has a few pros...tvs in each exam room to make the patient feel comfortable, the dentist is nice. The cons of this office: The staff is not prompt in returning phone calls and they are not overly friendly. The dentist may be nice, but he pushes braces all the time, even if you tell him you are not interested. It's like a sales pitch each time you go there. I've been billed for 2 years for a mistake that the staff made on my insurance and they won't fix it.
