Always found very helpful and the gp's take the extra time with you. One of the better surgery's in newport
It's becoming almost impossible to book an appointment when you are actually in need of one. I work and and am not able to call in the mornings to get a same day appointment as I can't spend 15minutes on hold! I call to try and book one for a day or two later but that's not even possible,..... you have to call in the morning!! It would be great if I was just sat around with nothing to do, but I have to work so I am basically screwed! I'm very happy that I pay for a service I can't use. Thanks
I think they're doing an excellent job under pressure. Never had any issues.
I needed a letter done from the doctor to say what medication I'm on and how long and what they were for..i went in on a Friday asked if I could get it done and what charge would be..was told the price..went to pay and she said no pay for it when you puck it up Monday.great..goes Monday and the price of the letter had now gone up £25..asked why and she said oh the prices changed this morning..was £25 on the friday but the charge was now £50..receptionist wouldn't give it me unless I paid the money.. FUMING..
