HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I popped into Malouf jewelers today on a whim. My fiancé bought me my dream ring at another jewelers months ago. After asking for a band that didn't fit the marquis shape, the other jeweler (maker of my engagement ring) chopped a chunk of my ring off. When I complained, he tried to fix it, but did not remake it. Long story short, it was a botched job. I came into Malouf simply to get a second opinion about my ruined ring.
