Service team was friendly and easy to talk to. Service was done right and the loaner I received was great too. My one issue was the length of time it took to have my issue (software issue which required a module replacement) resolved. The problem was an issue known in this model year but tech had to confer with Ford engineers multiple times to get it completed. Great service by Malouf Ford for performing the recall service fix on my Mustang MachEx4
This review is for the service center, I can’t speak for the dealership part of the business. I brought my car in for an issue that was covered under a warranty, I dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday morning appointment. Despite the appointment, the car was not looked at until Thursday afternoon after I called for an update. This place tried to scam my elderly handicapped father by offering him 16k for a trade in on his 1 year old Ford Mustang EV. Baited him by offering him 0% on a new Ford Mustang EV. They would have then sold it to one of you for 50k. Stay far away. Sansone, Bell Ford, or any of the dealerships up the road would have had some decency.
