Always professional and extremely informative of what needs to happen and suggestions.
Very good service right in my driveway! I needed a recall update and I was offered an appointment at my house. Not only did Michael do the update but he checked all my fluids, topped them off and noticed that I needed a wheel well liner.
Michael came by to check and work on the recalls for my vehicle. He was very informative and very kind and caring. He called me when he was on his way and was very communicative the whole time. He explained everything that was done and things I needed done. He was awesome!
I always get my car serviced at Malouf. They do their best to get you in and out in a timely fashion and they offer shuttle service if you don't want to wait. I've never had an issue with maintenance of my car a 2013, and I will always go back to Malouf!
