If I could give this Eye dr 20 stars I definitely would because five stars is not enough stars for this amazing place and their amazing Dr. Jorge Malouf. My fiancé went to the er this morning 8/19 because a small piece of metal flew in the corner of his eye. They did what they could but couldn't get it out. Best eye doctor I have ever been to I will never go anywhere else from the doctor to the staff I was absolutely amazed.
Excellent service by employees and doctor. Charlie the dog was very helpful too!!
I called to make an appointment for a self pay comprehensive cataract screening and was told that I had to first come and pay $200 to establish care and then return for an actual exam at an additional cost of $345. Every other ophthalmologist in Tampa gave me a price between $250 and $450 without having to return twice for an initial assessment. Maybe if you have insurance going back twice for an initial evaluation is not a problem but I wouldn’t recommend calling him if you are a self paying patient.
