This company used to be outstanding. Today, they have many issues: subpar customer service, broken promises, and items arriving damaged! Just three years ago, I would have given Malouf five stars! What happened? 1-21-24 Update: Take the owner's response with a grain of salt! You have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than getting your damaged items replaced!😢
