Quality has changed from years previous! I bought some sheets from Malouf because our previous set had worn out after 5 years. Thinking that the quality would be the same, I bought 3 new sets from their outlet. This new sheet set began to pill after only 2 weeks and only 1 wash. The sheets were washed according to the wash instructions on the tag. I purchased a Lucid memory foam mattress in 2022. Within about 18 months, it developed a noticeable sag in the center. My wife and I found ourselves constantly rolling toward the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The mattress surface also became lumpy and uneven. When I submitted a warranty claim, Lucid denied it because the indentations weren’t visibly more than 1.5 inches. This is the worst run company I’ve ever dealt with as far as distribution and pick up. Zero customer service and if you don’t come when they ask you to then “there’s nothing they can do to help” no product in the world is worth the hassle of dealing with their customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
