I purchased a Lucid memory foam mattress in 2022. Within about 18 months, it developed a noticeable sag in the center. My wife and I found ourselves constantly rolling toward the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The mattress surface also became lumpy and uneven. When I submitted a warranty claim, Lucid denied it because the indentations weren’t visibly more than 1.5 inches. This is the worst run company I’ve ever dealt with as far as distribution and pick up. Zero customer service and if you don’t come when they ask you to then “there’s nothing they can do to help” no product in the world is worth the hassle of dealing with their customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
We purchased two identical full size beds from Malouf during an online sale they had. Upon assembling the beds we discovered one of the beds was missing a support bar rendering the bed useless without it. I sent Malouf an email on 10/15/2024 requesting a replacement part. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks without any kind of response from Malouf. I have followed up numerous times via email and Facebook and still no response. My next step will be filing a complaint with the BBB if this doesn’t generate a response.
We purchased a lot of stuff from malouf during their VIP sale a couple months back, including a sectional. I have proceeded to wait nearly 3 months for any word on the sectional. During that time we have passed on many good deals on other sectionals, including a different sectional within the same malouf sale.
