Matthew took on an appraisel project for me that ended up a bit more complicated than expected. He did a stellar job! I used Maloney Realty on two occasions for Real Estate appraisal services. The first time for a pre-sale appraisal and the second for an Estate appraisal. Matthew exhibited exceptional knowledge and professionalism on both occasions providing information and guidance that were far beyond what was expected. He was also very responsive and provided quick turn around times. His fees were also very reasonable (even without taking into consideration the extra efforts).
