I reached out to Matthew for a private inquiry about a property I owned to get a sense of its value to decide if I wanted to sell it or keep it. He went out of his way to researcg and provide me with the information without the official assessment, and email it to me in under 24 hours. I offered to pay him for his time and he would not accept payment. That type of character is not common and I would endorse and trust him to for anyone to use.
