Dr. Maloney has been my allergy doctor for over 20 years. The merge with this advanced allergy is awful. I have an appointment next month with him for a one year follow up and I’m out of my allergy medication and medicine at the doctors’s office states that I need to follow up with my PCP to get a refill that they have a new policy that ain’t gonna happen because the PCP is not gonna refill my medication when I see Dr. Maloney y’all need to step up to the plate and do a better job because you will be getting bad reviews from... read more
I have used this business for some time now(Dr. Maloney), however I recently received a bill demanding payment from Allergy Assoc. PA(AAP) of Knoxville, TN. I have almost reached the decision, to discontinue using his practice since NO ADVANCE notice was received from AAP about any change in ownership and the fact the business DEMANDED payment without filing insurance first. VERY POORLY MANAGED!!! If they can't issue an apology first to me then goodbye!
Dr. Maloney and his staff is Awesome! I have known Dr. Maloney for many years, he has treated my asthma for 30 plus years . Because of his care and expertise my asthma is under control. He is the Best!!
I go there regularly for my allergies.
