I have used this business for some time now(Dr. Maloney), however I recently received a bill demanding payment from Allergy Assoc. PA(AAP) of Knoxville, TN. I have almost reached the decision, to discontinue using his practice since NO ADVANCE notice was received from AAP about any change in ownership and the fact the business DEMANDED payment without filing insurance first. VERY POORLY MANAGED!!! If they can't issue an apology first to me then goodbye!
Dr. Maloney and his staff is Awesome! I have known Dr. Maloney for many years, he has treated my asthma for 30 plus years . Because of his care and expertise my asthma is under control. He is the Best!!
I go there regularly for my allergies.
We drive 1 hour one way to go see Dr Maloney. Wouldn't ever look for another Dr closer to home. He is the best out there. Has answered so many of my questions for my son's allergies. Very thankful for this office.
