I can't speak to other people's complaints about how long it took. What I can tell you is that this place can flat out paint...and their work is top tier. My father (25 years ago) would ONLY bring cars to them and the two times I have have been perfect. They are not the cheapest but I seriously believe them to be the best.
So I'll just start by saying this- I dropped my car off on June 5th. It was "ready" on July 25th. A car drove into the side of my car and smashed the window/door. Pretty ugly, but very far from totaled. Their insurance company agreed to foot the entire bill as the driver admitted fault for the accident. No hassle. Just said "pick a shop". So I'm a little confused as to why it took this long to complete. My Car looks like a new car!! They did an outstanding job!!! I did my own homework and they have been around a long time. The shop is hard to find but it's really worth it/ Everybody was very nice. When I called to check on the car they would tell me the truth no run around. Just really nice people. FYI The car came back cleaner then I left it. MY SEATS STILL HAVE DUST IN THEM, had to clean my whole car out for dirt..THERE IS STILL SPECS OF PAINT THAT GOT ONTO MY STEERING WHEEL AND DASH... eVEN MY BACK WINDOW GOT PAINT SPECS ON IT ...DID NOT FIT MY BUMBER ON RIGHT...LETS SEE.. THEY PAINTED THE WRONG WHEEL AND LEFT ME WITH THE DAMAGED ONE..MY ROOF HAS PAINT ON IT AND DIRT THAT WONT COME OFF...oVERALL UNPROFESSIONAL AND TREATED MY CAR LIKE CRAP.. pLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
