I totally agree with another reviewer...I'd rather give no stars! Very poor experience, waste money! waste time! We hated the experience. They care about money more than anything else.
I agree with another reviewer...I'd rather give no stars! Took my 2 girls there several years ago and we hated the experience. Long wait times, rude comments made to me and my girls, charged extra for loose brackets, rarely did my girls get any type of reward/treat/prize" that was promised. My child had Medicaid to pay for her braces. She was given head gear that she said I will not wear. Other orthos already know this and do other things to align the bite. Agree with other people on retainers. She told them that day we got them the plastic was digging in her gum causing excruciating pain they didn’t fix it she refused to wear it and now we are back to step one bad teeth. I could have got another replacement for 750 but on Medicaid can I really afford that. Total waste of three years
NO stars! Very BAD experience!
I rather give no star. This office is ludicrous!! $750 for replacing retainers when other offices are at least half that price. They wait til it’s time to take the braces off to inform you of how much it would cost to replace retainer. It’s then to late to switch providers. Terrible customer services. Do not waste your time with them. I hate my dentist office referred my son to them.
