Not friendly Not very friendly. Techs do 90% of the Dr's work. No appointments for follow up are made after braces are removed. Not a child/school friendly establishment. I do not recommend this practice to parents with children. Since they do not have Saturday or evening hours, this means that you will have to pull your child out of school once a month until their braces are removed... If I am paying $$$ for orthodontist work then I want to pay for professionals, not technicians.
