I needed a bracelet fixed, I called eight other shops in the area and everyone's closed, no one had answered the phone everything went to voicemail but when I called this guy, he answered the phone, he was polite , I told him what was wrong, he gave me an estimate of a price, I'm going in tomorrow and I'm going to get stuff done, thank you I appreciate it man I really appreciate your time. Harry is a pro like none other. I needed a charm installed on my endless rope chain and he got it done while I waited for a whole 45 seconds. Not saying he would be that fast with your particular order but for me he was the man for sure.
