Stayed 7/12/26 for the night room was ok Was charged $146.00 for the room and charged $100.00 for incidentals which we never used. We checked out 7/13/26 in the early am before we were supposed to and were told that the incidentals charge would be returned as of now it will be 2 weeks 7/26/26 not a dime. I called numerous times only to be told that that it takes upwards to 5 business days. Hello it’s been 2weeks. I unfortunately had to stay at the Malone Inn because I’m working in the area and every single hotel around was all booked but this one.AVOID this motel at all cost. Looks like this place flooded or has serious moisture issues. i wouldn’t want my worst enemy staying here. The floors are buckling and feel soft, the baseboard trim is covering up moldy and rotted away walls that are 6 inches off the floor.
