Malone Homes holds our HOA. They have built several homes in our neighborhood. The development now has enough homes occupied that according to state law the homeowners can take over the HOA. We have tried to communicate with Malone and he has not contacted any of us. However, he is still collecting HOA fees. We have called and have made several visits to his office without any response. I would not recommend using his company if this is how he treats people.
We just finished our dream home! Malone Homes gave us everything we wanted and more. The entire team was such a pleasure to work with. Jason was always available to answer any questions or concerns (which were few). They were always a step ahead and so professional. Scott, Rick, Robert, Olivia, Chuck, Shawn, Scott...the best! Best experience. Beautiful perfect home. Only negative thing is I will miss our daily interactions. I would build with Malone homes again in a second and we give them a 5 star rating.

Brand new home in Parsonsburg flooded multiple times due to ditch behind house. Ended up losing house.
