I recently had a bad experience with Malone's. I requested that a funeral arrangement be delivered. It was not delivered, and when I called to inquire why, I was told that the deliveryman took the arrangement to the grounds and gave it to some maintenance man who said he would take it to the chapel. I asked to speak to the manager concerning this incident. The manager was supposed to return my call. That was over two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for that call.
