Incompetent, rude, condescending. Very poor listener. Ego driven, won't listen to patient, as if she knows everything. Misdiagnosed me 3 times in 2 years which resulted in bad reaction to an inhaler because she treated me for asthma instead of my chronic bronchitis, labeled me bi-polar when I was presenting serious symptoms which resulted in covid and then kidney disease. All she could say was "well, at least you know now". Must have graduated very low in class. I don't trust Lahey hiring practices.

Dr. Malone has been PCP for several years, and I couldn't be more satisfied. She is not only extremely qualified, but she has always been very caring and tales the time to answer all my questions and concerns promptly, patiently, and thoroughly. Not only does she treat all my physical issues expertly, I feel she genuinely cares.

Worst Dr. ever she does what she wants, does not listen to her patients. I have a foot injury and when the orthopedic recommended an MRI she refused. When my foot continued to have problems and I needed to go back to the orthopedic refused to provide referral. When I talked about side effects from medication she told me I was wrong even though the endocrine Dr stated it was a side effect. She has no respect for other Dr's opinions and her ego gets in the way...Terrible Dr.
