Very professional and nice! Very pleasant experience!
Dr. Malone and his staff are all very friendly and professional. I love my hygienist and Dr. Malone both! This office reminds me of the good old days where dentist actually scrape and clean teeth the right way. Not like other offices that just floss and run the polish over you teeth then push you out the door like cattle. This office actually take their time to take care of me.
Dr Malone and staff are like family. Recently had a chipped tooth and they worked around my schedule to get me in as soon as possible. Great Dentist, even better people. Highly recommended
I have been seeing Dr Malone since I was in my teens. I'm well beyond that now. I will not see another dentist unless Dr Malone retires and then I will reluctantly look for a new dentist. When I moved to Fredericksburg, I continued to drive back to Richmond for my dental care. I have family members who see Dr Malone and will not see anyone else. Back in March, Dr. Malone was seconds away into drilling into an imaginary cavity in my mouth just before I went with my gut and walked right out of his office for the last time! To think about the way I was treated and he made me and my family feel over our past few visits, and to now know that he was going to fill a cavity that didn't exist in the first place, leaves me so upset and feeling violated by this man!
