I called them about my farm animals having a mineral deficiency and the staff that answered the phone got super nasty with me. I just asked Them if I could use a mineral injectable without going to a vet and the staff got very irritated because I wouldn’t give them my full name to ask about mineral deficiencies. This veterinarian hires some of the nastiest people in Pulaski With the nastiest attitudes You would think he would want to hire people that wanted to help people with animals.
Great service and inexpensive compared to every other vet I have tried to use. I won’t take my babies anywhere else!
Misdiagnosed my female dog, now she has to have surgery due to trusting Dr Whitley Jackson's diagnosis.. Will not be back. Also charged me for a urinalysis and Xray - that was not done, like they said it was. Found this after requesting medical record.
