Nathaniel was very knowledgeable and gave us a couple great ideas about our private sale. He executed very efficiently and always answered our questions within 10 minutes of sending an email. When the bank put our funds on hold, Nathaniel reached out to them trying to remove it. Overall, I am very pleased with his professionalism in both giving the right advice and executing the closing.
