No walk ins allowed, even if there are no other clients there. Appointments are always 5 days out at a minimum which kind of defeats the purpose. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient for active duty airmen who may need a trim for their job. Just go to Great Clips instead.

Just unreliable for active duty airmen. This location is by appointment only, as walk-ins are not allowed. It is also incredibly hard to get a same-day appointment, as the reason I am finally deciding to leave this review is because I called at 0845 to schedule an appointment and was told to call back the next as they wouldn't be avilable until tomorrow afternoon. Why? I don't know. I'm assuming they're just understaffed. Been to a base 3x the size of this one, staffed with 6 barbers and walk-ins welcome.
