Malmquist Construction built our home on Ashley Lake over 10 years ago, from start to finish. Mr. Barinowski was our project manager. The entire project was beautifully and professionally executed from start to finish. There were no cost surprises, although we made a number of changes that increased the cost as we went along. We could not have been happier with both the process, and the result, and have remained friends with."Bear" ever since.
