My experience at Toyota did not start great on the first appointment, but after my husband and I explained our concerns to the service manager Rob Addleson I can say that he went above and behond to make it right for us. We have already have 2 cars with Toyota and we are very happy to know what kind of manager is leading this service center. He is a problem solver and makes sure you feel comfortable with the experience from start to finish. I definitely recommend this service center and will keep bringing my vehicle here.
Noah at Malloy Toyota was a great help explaining the repairs that were required to keep my vehicle running safely. His patience and understanding were greatly appreciated.
