Be keenly aware this dealer and their body shop neglected to clear my Corolla’s air ducts of fine glass particles after a major wreck. I got a face and eyes full of glass dust while turning the defroster on full power the rainy night I drove home from the shop. I suffer to this day because of this gross oversight. I've only brought my car here twice for it's normal maintenance. The people that check me in have been super nice but expect to be there for quiet a while even if you have an appointment. This last time I went in for my cars 10,000 mile maintenance. Had an appointment and everything, took nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation.
The folks at Malloy were so kind and helpful when I was in a tough situation with my car, not driveable and far from home. They took great care of me, and quickly, and even provided a loaner which was a life saver. Service tech Matt Bell and office admin Heather are top-notch.
