If you like being ripped off, oh boy is this the place for you! I bought my 2020 Tundra brand new from Malloy and they talked me into the $7,000 warranty package. I’m an idiot. I was told EVERYTHING aside from tire and break wear and tear would be covered. Lie. They told me dings and scratches in the paint would be covered. Lie. We've been loyal customers since 2011. Bought 2 cars from them brand new. No problems with the 2011 car service. BTW, this car is still running w almost 250k miles and my husband did most of the maintenence himself. Since we bought the 2019 car, we've had nothing but trouble with the service department. Our alternator went bad at around 65k miles (a Toyota!). My husband wanted to talk to management before our card was charged.
