I've only brought my car here twice for it's normal maintenance. The people that check me in have been super nice but expect to be there for quiet a while even if you have an appointment. This last time I went in for my cars 10,000 mile maintenance. Had an appointment and everything, took nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation.
The folks at Malloy were so kind and helpful when I was in a tough situation with my car, not driveable and far from home. They took great care of me, and quickly, and even provided a loaner which was a life saver. Service tech Matt Bell and office admin Heather are top-notch.
Fast, friendly service center!

They don't even deserve the 1 star. Will not return after multiple trys with them.
