I've called and texted multiple times and have not received a call back regarding finding and repairing a leak. Mr. Malloy texted that he would have a second adjuster take a look, but I have not heard back from him nor has he returned any of my messages. I have a water stain on the ceiling and a three to four-foot water stain on my carpet. I really need the leak fixed before any additional damage is done. I am still currently under warranty.

Paid Minister David Malloy owner Malloy Property Solutions and minister of The Christ Temple Church of the Apostolic Faith, INC in Clinton, Maryland a down-payment for over seven thousand dollars to install a new roof on my home before work started on May 2, 2022. An in-law of David Malloy recommended his company to me. I knew his wife, and her aunt from a prior job so I never read Malloy Property Solutions reviews. Against my better judgement I paid $7,128.00 before the job was started or completed. The contract signing date was April 28, 2022, but no completion date. I don't know who these reviewers are referring to when providing five stars for professionalism. The Damika I spoke to didn't have a clue about the Malloy Business model, nor could she explain it. I wasn't sure she understood what I was saying, or English for that matter. If you are looking for unprofessional, ratchet, ad hominem like behavior then I highly suggest Malloy Property Solutions.
