Kept my car for 6 days for a recall and never took my car in to the service bay. Ended up going to a different ford and they fixed the recall the same day.
I own a 2017 F-150 3.5L Twin Turbo Ecoboost, currently at 134,000 miles. I purchased the truck with a 75,000-mile warranty (not through Malloy). At 81,000 miles, the cam phasers failed. Since the warranty had expired, I paid Malloy $3,732.25 (including tax and a loaner vehicle) for the repair in March of 23’. Malloy Auto Group returned my car to me in such unsafe condition I was severely injured. I required emergency surgery. Five excruciatingly painful procedures to my left eye. I was granted disability it was so bad. I HAVE NEVER BEEN FULLY COMPENSATED FOR THIS INJURY NOR THE ASSOCIATED GREAT PAIN AND GREAT SUFFERING. IN FACT MALLOY ADVERTISED MY CAR WITH SOME $15000 IN DAMAGE AS ACCIDENT FREE! They clearly place profit over customer safety.
The thing I regret most in my life is buying a car from Ford. I took the car with all the warranties and I can't find anyone to fix the problem in it. I took it with only 2 miles on it and it has about 11,000 now and I am being patient with it. I have knocking sounds and imbalance in the car and a problem I don’t know if it is from ghe transmission or the brakes.
