The thing I regret most in my life is buying a car from Ford. I took the car with all the warranties and I can't find anyone to fix the problem in it. I took it with only 2 miles on it and it has about 11,000 now and I am being patient with it. I have knocking sounds and imbalance in the car and a problem I don’t know if it is from ghe transmission or the brakes.

I was visiting my daughter in Alexandria when my 2012 Ford Fusion's power steering stopped working. I spoke with Chris Garrido, who went the extra mile by contacting Ford to see if the extended recall would cover the repair. Unfortunately, Ford declined but they covered replacing the airbags.Chris was forthcoming with the cost of the repair which was done quickly and at a reasonable price.
