New to the area so I'm looking for a reliable shop. Called in, pressed 2 for service, as the line rang someone clearly picked up the phone then directly hung up. Tried calling again. Thinking, "maybe it was an accident?", nope. I got hung up on again. Alrighty then. I'll be heading somewhere else :|
Worst dealership by far. Not sure why you wouldn't just go to front Royal. 50+ days in the shop. They lied about work they did. Lied again trying to cover it up. And now after corporate is involved they are singing. A different tune. Just avoid these people at all costs. Absolutely horrible and so so so dishonest. Save your self the head ache
Pretty much the worst option for service out there. In my last visits they have confirmed to fake the work I paid for, lose your keys, not honor a credit for prior service mistakes or tell you a service bill total (but not tell you or document on your invoice they also charge an extra 3% until you show up).
My opinion of Malloy ford is their service department is a money hungry scam taking advantage of anybody who walks through their doors. We had our f150 diagnosed at a nearby garage who confirmed our issue is under a class action lawsuit, and is free of charge under an extended warranty acknowledged by Ford. They told us to take it to a ford dealership for repair. Our diagnosis through the shop was free, and they sent us with a packet of info on the error code and coverage to bring with us.
