Several years ago I purchased my washer and dryer from them (great service/prices) Yesterday my dryer stopped and I needed a service appt. They were able to come the next day. Dryer working great now. Wonderful store, wonderful service! If/when I need a new appliance, I will go right to their store.

Everyone says to shop in your hometown but this business apparently doesnt care whether you do or not. I decided to go there before I went to the bigger chain stores and they were very rude. They thought that I was making up prices that I had seen at the other stores even after I gave them a pinted copy of the website. Finally they told me if I see appliances somewhere else that I like, buy it there. Come to find out the person that was so rude was the owner/manager of the store.....wow.
This store is a great place to shop. I was recently doing a complete kitchen remodel with all new appliances. The store owner was extremely helpful and made several suggestions as to what I might like. We pulled up each item and viewed it on computer screen to see all the features. It was really nice to talk with a person that knew the product, knew the good points, and bad, and knew what fit together.
