Dr. Smith is the absolute worst provider I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. You are never seen on-time, often times having to way 45+ mins from your scheduled appointment time before being seen. Then today I had an appointment at 9:30am that I had to drive from Little Rock for. I got stuck behind a wreck and was delayed. I called the office to let them know and was told as long as I was there within 15 minutes of my appointment I'd still be seen.
