Steer clear of the newly changed hands of T&M Pool. Their under new owner ship. They are not concerned about repeat business. The way they make up there replacement parts,you are better to get them thru Amazon. In some cases the parts are half of what T&M has marked them up to be.Do you home work before you buy anything there.
"I had my pool closed by T & M at the end of 2008. I had had other swimming pool companies close it before with no problems. T & M left all of the empty plastic chemical bottles (not the reuseable kind) on my pool deck. They also didnt cover my heater or pump which all of the other companies have done. I had another pool company open my pool today and come to find out T & M didnt blow out my heater so my heat exchanger is trash. I called T & M to tell them my problem and no condolences. My son recently purchaeed a hot tub.from here. We are very unhappy about the whole purchase. When my son when into the show room and looked at the spas, he asked about one that was in the showroom. The lady named Chakara, told him it was a display. When we received the hot tub, the cord on it had paint all over it as well as the bottom of the spa itself. The hot tub worked for about six hours and then stopped. When my son and I went back to the store, I then asked her if the Spa was a used one. She said that it was a demo sp... read more
