I can't recommend Mallory Lane enough! Mallory contacted me months before my move to Wilmington, and she patiently worked with me for another six months while I searched for the perfect home and location. Mallory was great to work with! We were first-time homebuyers, and she was always willing to walk us through every step of the process. She consistently helped us think through important decisions, was always available to answer our questions, and went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way. We truly appreciated working with her throughout the entire process and would absolutely work with her again in the future. Highly recommend!!!!!

Mallory was absolutely incredible to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and she patiently walked us through every step of the process, I don't know how we could have done it without her! She was always responsive, thorough, and generous with her time. What we appreciated most was her honest, thoughtful advice. She helped us make confident decisions without any pressure, and we genuinely felt like she had our best interests in mind the entire time. We are so happy with the home we purchased and cou... read more
