I HAD HEARD GOOD THINGS AND BAD THINGS ABOUT MR. MALLORY S SERVICE.....WELL SORRY TO SAY BUT THE SERVICE THEY GAVE ME AWFUL....I HIRED THEM FOR 3 TICKETS I GOT IN ARLINGTON SO MY COURT DATE CAME BY. I was just looking for attorneys on motorists.org and other sites and also remembered that I used James Mallory 20+ years ago. Didnt know he was still in business. He got 3 of my tickets dismissed through a probationary process. They were all for 15+ above the speed limit (55 mph at the time). All I had to do was drive the speed limit for about a couple of months and voila, ticket erased. Got a letter from Mallory stating that everything was A-OK. got a ticket in ft worth and i was un aware that a court date can take up to a year to get a court date. well 3 years later Mr. mallory sends me a letter saying i need to pay 250 fine and defensive driving.... are you serious??? i could have done that without a lawyer... so i called and asked what the deal was and the nice man that helped me was pretty cool and said and i quote " Mr. mallory doesnt go to dismiss your ticket, he goes to reduce the fine" "unless the obvious happens, cop doesnt show up, if you want i can set yo... read more

Never met the man, but I love him dearly! Seriously though, Im not a wreckless driver by any means, but I have the occasional ticket here and there and he always takes care of them. Very satisfied!
