This places, is a joke now, i had a Doctor's appointment, with Gabriela Cuevas, at 11:30 this Doctor, did nothing, for me, just wasted my time today, could not give me, my medicine, because, she don't have her DA license, know more, don't need to be a PA-C Doctor, when she can't give her patient, there medicine, for there mental illness.
Dr. Mallory Jacobs listens, evaluates, and recommends approximate treatment based on individual case. She learns about her patients and their needs, and adjust according. The only downside is the Innovacare organization her practice is now a part of, which is 'corporate' nonsense.
The staff is so rude. I send my medications refills in advance and they will not fill your refills on time. I run out of meds. The chic that answers the phone tried to talk over me Said “perfect” when I asked why my meds have not been sent in. My other doctor retired, he was hands on. Would call me back when I left a message and always made sure he took care of me. He always made sure I had adequate care.
