If I could give more than five stars, I would. She consistently leads with integrity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. She does not seek recognition, but only wants to stand up for those who has no one else in their corner. Ms. Harper said she would help us with our situation. We didn’t know what to do and were very lost and confused and unfortunately Ms. Harper only made it worse for us. We thought she was going to give us a report and do her duties since she commented on how well the state was paying her, but all she did was make false accusations and miss deadlines. We had hoped for better
I was hoping for an honest and trustworthy court appointed official. Unfortunately Ms Harper failed to abide by any sense of decency or decorum. She attempted to have others make false claims about me and blatantly disregarded the oath of her position. It’s a travesty that the training is only 6 hours and 3 yearly, perhaps the hours should include ethics training to better assist those who are misaligned as she is.
This review concerns the adequacy and independence of representation provided to my child in a family-law matter. Key issues impacting my child’s welfare were minimized or delayed, and the advocacy provided did not consistently reflect a child-centered focus. The conduct observed raises concerns regarding professional boundaries, independence, loyalty to the client, and adherence to ethical obligations owed to a minor.
