Poor Experience--Unprepared and Disengaged Waited for over an hour, no introduction first visit or name check. Dr. Mendoza didn't seem to have reviewed my chart or MRI results. I had to prompt him multiple times for MRI results. Requested unnecessary X rays that he didn't reference. Felt rushed and like he was annoyed I was there. Very disappointing and will need to seek an opinion from another spine specialist.
