Has an HOA & not fond of Hoa's. Ppl & neighborhood is nice!
Very nice and peaceful
This is one of the nicest neighborhoods around. They have a large Olympic size pool, a smaller, but new one that was recently built, a small playground, and a few other amenities. They do a good job on keeping the place looking nice, but I there are a lot of cars parked on our street which I wish they would crack down more on, but other than that, this is a great neighborhood to live in with a good HOA.
