Very unprofessional. I came in early sat here for an hour for a scheduled appointment at 12 on a Friday. Verified twice that morning that he was still to come in, and they told me at 12:45 that the person doing labs was gone, so they couldn't do anything for my 13 month old. Instead of being concerned about this issue, they took offense when I told them that I would take him to his real doctor in Kosciusko instead.
