We hired Garry Founds with this firm to help litigate damages SCI REMC did to our property in 2020. After repeated bills with no updates from Garry we eventually paid their bills and terminated their services. This was for a hunting and fishing club I am the treasurer for. Six years later we still suffer from the damages of SCI REMC and several thousand dollars later with this firm we have nothing to show for it. Given the amount of one star reviews I’m sorry I waited this long to share our experience.
Absolutely DO NOT! have these people represent you. They ALL play the game, run the rat race pretending to busy working in your best interest, all the while they just eat up your retainer fee, AND then bill you more even when you tell them "I don't have any more money for attorney fees" even still, that is NOT clear enough for them. CLEARLY they are too educated to understand common English. Do not hire these people. They don't care about you, your hardships, or the outcomes of their advice.
