Very unhappy experience today. Was asked to bring my car at 9 am today as the owner was in and would do it, and that it would be a couple of hours or so. I am disabled with a badge, parked it outside the garage. After 2 hours, I called as my daughter had noticed my vehicle on a connecting street. They had not touched it, as "he is busy with another vehicle" (whomever that is) and that they had no idea when they would start mine. My mother in law has been going to this garage for years however this year will be her last. She went in for a mot and the car failed on a couple of bits. Fine not an issue , however they were very quick to tell her the price of getting the work done (probably praying she would just agree and get the work done with no resistance). However, she is getting married at the end of September so was abit reluctant to agree right away ,, and asked myself to look over the car and see if I could do the work for her.
