Am unable to give more than one star as have been completely unable to get an appointment after a month of phoning every day at 8am. Hold on the phone for an hour to get "Sorry, no appointments, call back tomorrow"... I'm sure the medical staff are fantastic, I wouldn't know as I have not been able to speak to them.
Terrible surgery. One female receptionist is way too rude. Saying there is no appointments on the phone. Had to go in person only for them to magically have appointments. This surgery needs to be shut down. Waste of a building!
Phone system is awful and also not happy with the staff attitude which I'm not going to name she was really rude and would not listen and then when she agreed to order the medication for me find out she has not done it at all

First I want to appreciate all the staffs and doctors. It has not been easy getting appointments to see the GPs face to face, you are kept on the phone line for a longgggg time only to be told that there are no more appointments left. WHY am I on the line waiting? Even if you called at exactly 8am. Not good enough
