Frank is great! Very personable and worked with me to make changes and get the diamond cut I wanted for the ring. Prices are fair and transparent. The ring designs are the best I saw by far after looking around at nordstroms/macys/etc. Unique, elegant, and pretty. He got the ordering and alterations done very quickly, too. My fiance loved the ring and was super happy with how it turned out. We both highly recommend!
