Met Dr Mukka in hospital; I had recurring UTI over several months. He tried several antibiotics; sent me home with a new antibiotic with "this is the only thing that should work." Eleven and a half weeks, numerous trips to other doctors and two more prescriptions from urologist that havn't cleared the UTI. My Urologist reached out to Dr Mukka, his office me called and set a telemed appointment for four hours ( 2-6 ) in two days. I waited for 30 minutes beyond the appointment time. No call. Video call. They gave a FOUR time frame, not the normal two, long time to wait. Then he says, "No, he will not give the proper antibiotics, because "I WILL" become resistant. Wasted time (think it was three weeks,) could have seen someone else by then.

Dr. Mukka is amazing and his staff! Dr. Mukka took care of me in 10/2019. I had a very bad infection went home with a picc line and antibiotics. He is a caring doctor, he listens and I can go on and on. I am well now, but I do miss him! Trust him for your care, you won’t regret it!
