Dr Anand is wonderful, receptive and sticks with you until problem resolved or path to solution and sustainable way forward in place. Appreciate the staffs response time when needed prescriptions sent or follow up. Highly recommend although she is so good it is wait time to get appointment
Terrible office staff- rude and unprofessional. I tried to make an appointment for a relative. Called three times, was told PCP needed to send notes BEFORE anything else. PCP’s office faxed notes three times, after which the last receptionist (who hung up on me) stated they NEEDED MORE information before they could schedule an appointment. I then called Boston Urogynecology of Boston- what a difference!! A nice receptionist spent15 minutes collecting needed information for an initial visit, and nothing else! No notes from PC... read more
