Bed bugs, fleas, ticks, and dogs infestation. Landlord is extremely lazy! All they want is money, they have no respect for their tenants. They do not clean up garbage, no maintenance being taking care of. Apartment appliances suck. we paid $50 for a fob and fob systems aren't reliable. The flooring is coming apart, all my closets are broken from falling off. The hallway stinks. If I could give 0 stars. Have never been treated with respect and they do not handle maintenance problems in a timely manner. They disrespect all there tenants and talk bad about them to other tenants. They charge you for things like paint and scuffs on your base boards when you move out and they charge thousands of dollars. Have had mold in my HVAC units since before September and they blamed me for it every time, even after they finally cleaned the filters in the air filtration unit(which they never cleaned in the entire 3... read more
