Bought a building (30x50) through this company in June of 2025. It took roughly 6 months for them to construct. During the construction phase concerns were brought up regarding pad height not matching pre-existing driveway as requested. Since I pulled the permit, they refuse to go back and fix the building/pad as "I am the contractor". Malletts inspector offered to make an easy fix (build a ramp and cement pour time) if I paid him and his concrete crew $1500 on the side.
