I am more than happy with the physical therapy I received from Doug. I have struggled with knee pain that has led into back pain as a young adult for the last 4 years. I have had surgery, physical therapies, injections, etc. Nothing ever helped and I was basically told by doctors that I would just have to deal with it the rest of my life. 5 stars+++++ for the physical therapy I received to cope with pain from years of back issues. Doug was caring, compassionate and concerned in developing a course of core strengthening and a home program to now continue. He took ample time at each session to explain the whys and wherefores while reviewing progress along the way and continued expectations as he guided me through his recommended program....with very positive results for my back issues. Competence, compassion, caring, character - all these come to mind when I think of my physical therapist and the staff at Mallers and Swoverland. Every now and then over the last 5 years or so I have had their care for a congenital condition. The team manages one's overall care to ensure success. My therapist taught me, walked me through the exercises and provided helpful massage. Certainly they provide what Physical Therapy should entail. I heartily recommend them.

First, Judy was so friendly and did a great job scheduling my appointments. Allison was exceptionally professional in her treatment. She listened carefully, then helped me understand my condition. She put together a program, then modified it as we worked over several weeks. She got me out of pain, and eventually to a point where I am able to proactively manage my condition on my own.
